Online Entries Open – Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at 5 PM. EST.
Deadline for Online Entries – Sunday, October 8, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST.
Juror in Session – Tuesday, October 10, 2023 - Sunday, October 15, 2023.
Email Notifications Sent – Tuesday, October 17, 2023.
Work must arrive at the gallery by – Saturday, October 28, 2023 from 10 AM to 3 PM.
Dates of Exhibition – November 10, 2023 – January 25, 2023.
Opening Reception date – Friday, November 10, 2023 from 5 PM to 7 PM.
Exhibition closes – Thursday, January 25, 2024 at 5 PM.
Work must be picked up on Saturday, January 27, 2024, 10 AM to 3PM.
Artworks must arrive ready for installation. All 2D works must be properly matted, backed and under glass or plexi-glass and framed, and wired for installation (NO SAWTOOTH HANGERS.) Paintings on canvas must be appropriately presented: framed or painted on the outside edges of “museum wrapped” canvas, ready to hang with screw eyes and wires. Pieces should meet the professional standards of the gallery. The Gallery Director reserves the right to disqualify any work that is different from the submitted image including: artworks that are a different size than stated on the application, artworks that do not show the quality represented by the submitted image, and artworks that arrive damaged. Work not properly presented will not be exhibited.
Accepted work must remain in the exhibition and may not be removed for any reason before the close of the show on Thursday, January 25, 2023 at 5 PM. By submitting works for this exhibition, you agree to the above terms and conditions of this prospectus.
